practices moving forward in dealing with the opening of our border on nov 23 rd ,

contact tracing and restrictions in regards to monitoring covid19, we have taken it

upon ourselves to put our own in place.

We understand that some patients have legitimate reasons for mask exemptions and

non vaccination but as medical practitioners we are bound by state legislation to

not only be vaccninated but to wear our mask so we expect that any patient entering

this practice will abide by our request to do the same, this means…

No Exemptions Will Be Accepted

You may however remove your mask once in doctors rooms but not within the

communal areas of the practice…if you can’t manage to mask up for the time you are

waiting then please wait outside until your appointment time and then apply mask

provided in front foyer before entering, the mask must cover your nose and mouth

and it must be an actual mask, no hankerchiefs or alternative facial coverings will

be accepted.
